Both! You get instant physical prints at the event, and within 24 hours we send you a link to a full digital gallery of every shot taken.

  • A 30% deposit is required from the total invoice/quotation.
  • Remaining balance must be paid in full a day before the event.
  • For any booking with no deposit (Company/Government Agency/Organization etc), only the Purchase Order issued will be considered as acceptance of the event.
  • Payment can be made via Maybank account / QR Pay / Cash.

Event dates can be rescheduled based on our availability. If we are fully booked on your new date, we offer two options: a refund or holding the deposit for a future event. However, if you cancel the booking entirely, the deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

Refunds can only be made if the event cancellation is from SayChez. Since we generally do not refund, all bookings made are given a one (1) year extended period for a future event.

  • Our team will arrive approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour before the event starts for setup.
  • The client is responsible for providing a suitable power source, and a safe, clear space for the photobooth.
  • For outdoor venues (gardens, open spaces, etc.), a canopy or shelter must be provided by the client. Natural lighting and weather conditions may affect photo quality.
  • In case of rain or unsafe weather: The photobooth will be stopped immediately to protect our equipment, and full payment will still apply as per the invoice.
  • There is a charge of RM1.50 per KM for outside Klang Valley, Putrajaya, and Kuala Lumpur.

Design & Theme: We will provide each client with up to two (2) rounds of design revisions only. The third (3rd) round may have a price involved to it, RM20 will charge accordingly.

Photos & Media Usage: All photos, GIFs, and digital content captured belong to the client and event guests. SayChez may use selected photos for social media content. If you prefer not to have your event photos used, simply let us know.
