Event dates can be rescheduled based on our availability. If we are fully booked on your new date, we offer two options: a refund or holding the deposit for a future event. However, if you cancel the booking entirely, the deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
Refunds can only be made if the event cancellation is from SayChez. Since we generally do not refund, all bookings made are given a one (1) year extended period for a future event.
Design & Theme: We will provide each client with up to two (2) rounds of design revisions only. The third (3rd) round may have a price involved to it, RM20 will charge accordingly.
Photos & Media Usage: All photos, GIFs, and digital content captured belong to the client and event guests. SayChez may use selected photos for social media content. If you prefer not to have your event photos used, simply let us know.
